The roll of skin and fat that resides at the level of your bra strap across your back is referred to as the bra fat roll.
It is a common problem even in very slim women. The fat in this area is similar to the fat around the belly in that in can be very resistant and the last area to go when loosing body fat.
Treatments for this area include non-surgical treatments with either fat dissolving injections called Kybella (Belkyra) or with cryolipolysis (Fat freezing) called Coolsculpting.
Surgical removal is perfomed by liposuction with either the Bodyjet or Vaser liposuction systems. If there is an element of loose skin then further surgery may be indicated. This may involve and upper body lift to remove excess skin. This can be perfomed in conjuction with a bust lift or bust reduction.
